Terms & Conditions
Read the following terms carefully before accepting our collaboration agreement. By checking the box below, you confirm your understanding and full acceptance.
CLAUSE 01
Agreement Overview
By accepting collaboration with Sparky Host, you agree to promote our services in exchange for server resources or other agreed benefits. This agreement becomes valid once you confirm participation through message, email, or any written consent.
CLAUSE 02
Deliverables
You must create and publish promotional content (video / post / story / etc.) showcasing or appreciating Sparky Host. Content must:
- Clearly mention Sparky Host
- Highlight features, performance, or experience
- Include our website or contact details (if provided)
CLAUSE 03
Content Usage Rights
You grant Sparky Host full, unrestricted, and perpetual rights to:
- Use your content for marketing, ads, promotions, and branding
- Repost, edit, modify, or redistribute the content across any platform
⚠ STRICT CLAUSE
CLAUSE 04
Content Retention
Once the content is published, you are NOT allowed to delete, privatise, or modify the content. This applies even if:
- The collaboration period ends
- The server service expires
- You stop using our services
CLAUSE 05
Server & Benefits
Server specifications, duration, and upgrades are based on your performance (views/engagement) and mutual agreement.
- Initial server for a limited duration (e.g., 2 months)
- Possible upgrade if performance criteria are met (e.g., 2K+ views)
CLAUSE 06
Renewal & Discounts
After the collaboration period ends, you may continue services at a discounted rate (e.g., 25% off for 6 months). This is optional and subject to availability.
CLAUSE 07
Performance Expectations
You agree to upload content within the agreed timeframe and maintain genuine engagement (no fake views or bots). Sparky Host reserves the right to cancel or modify benefits if performance is unsatisfactory.
CLAUSE 08
Breach of Agreement
If you delete content, provide fake engagement, or fail to deliver agreed content, Sparky Host may:
- Terminate your server access immediately
- Revoke all benefits
- Restrict future collaborations
CLAUSE 09
No Ownership Claim
You do NOT gain ownership, partnership, or stake in Sparky Host. This is strictly a promotional collaboration.
CLAUSE 10
Modification of Terms
Sparky Host reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.
CLAUSE 11
Final Authority
All decisions regarding collaboration, benefits, and disputes are final and binding under Sparky Host.
